The LCD touchscreen display is very light, blank, unreadable or broken ... Solution 1 : Unplug the power cable from the printer and the wall. Wait 10 minutes. Error Code 325 ECM, 326 ECM, 327 ECM, 328 ECM are Fax errors. Telephone line conditions are very poor. Solution 1 : Try to send the fax at a different time when telephone line conditions have improved.  Solution 2 : Disable ECM (Error Correction Mode).  Errors might still occur, and might result in a degraded image quality on the received page. However, the ability to send the entire document will be improved.

Power Drain : Turn OFF the printer, disconnect the power cable from backside of the printer and from wall outlet. Press and hold the Power button for 60 seconds. Connect the cable and turn ON the printer. Partial Reset : Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON. Press and hold "#" and "3" button, while holding them both insert the power cable and release the button after 10 seconds. If printer turns OFF, press power button to turn it ON. Semi-Full reset : Remove the ink cartridges. Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON.
