Error 000041 appears frenquently after you have replace one or several cartridges. Here are some solutions to fix this issue. Solution 1 : Check that your cartridges are correctly installed. Solution 2 : Press and hold on the "Stop" button for 30 seconds. Solution 3 : The error 000041 could be a paper jam in some case. Check carrefully inside the printer for a little sheet of paper or some little object.

You can have error code  W-13   on Epson NX420, SX218, SX215, SX420W, SX425W, etc... It means that one or several cartridges are empty et need to be replaced. If the error persist, try this: Solution 1 : Firts reinstall the cartridge. It may be improperly installed. Then press the "start" button. SSC Utility is a free software to reset wast ink pad of Epson printers. But it doesn't work for the last printers. Error code E-91 means the waste ink counter is full. It had to be resetted in order to fix the problem. For some Epson printers, the software SSC Utility can reset the counter. Some lights flash on the printer with this message. Solution 1 : Verify that the door is closed. Solution 2: Look inside the printer that there is no sheet of paper or tiny object. Solution 3: try a reset: SSC utility for some printers Or (Epson Stylus Color series: 740, 760, 880...) Power off the printer. Remove the power cable during 1 minute and reconnect it on the printer. Hold on "Paper" et "Ink" button and "Power" button. When "Paper" button flash, release all buttons. Press "Ink" button until lights flah several times, then release. The printer begin a reset and a printhead cleaning. Power off and on. Or (Epson R300...) Press and hold 'stop' 'maintenance' and 'power' buttons for about 10 seconds. A message will appear on the screen.  power off and back on for reset

Error E-01 indicate the cartridges are empty: first, verify this is not the case. Solution 1 : Remove the cartridges Clean the chips with a soft cloth. Disconnect the power. Disconnect the USB cable. Hold on the "Power" button for 3 minutes then release. Connect USB and power cables. Power on the printer Install the cartridges Solution 2 : If error E-01 appears during the installation of a new cartridge: May be a the cartridge is defective. Replace it.
