Error 50.x on HP Laserjet P2030, P2035






Error 50.X is a fuser error:  the printer has experienced an error with the fuser.


Solution 1:

  • Turn off the power by using the power switch.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Turn on the power and wait for the product to initialize.
 
Solution 2:
  • If the error continues, turn off the product.
  • Wait at least 25 minutes, and then turn on the product.
  • (If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket. Use the power switch to turn on the product.)
 
Solution 3:
  • Replace the fuser: 
Hewlett Packard HP LaserJet P2035, P2055 Series Fusing Assembly (110-127V), Part Number RM1-6405
or
RM1-6405-MK -N HP Maintenance Kit HP LJ P2035 P2055 110V
