The SSC su will reset only the waste ink counter (and it doesn't work for XP420).
If you want to reset your cartridges, you need to buy some chips or a chip resetter.
I have an Epson Stylus CX3650, all the lights are flashing and i have an 'E' on the display. I used SSC Service Utility 4.3v but a message appeared on th screen: "Printer off or some other problem!. How can I fix it? Thanks

You probably have to buy a new key to reset the ink level.
Good morning, I get an error message E-91 on the EPSON Stylus Photo R240, according to the Internet It means "Waste Ink Pad", that the pads are saturated.
You must clean them and reset the machine with a reset program.
