Do not bother following the link to the site to purchase the reset tool. I have already tried purchasing this tool and after takingmy money, I received an e-mail with a binary file which my AV says is suspicious and removes it. You DO NOT get a zip file containing the program which they allegedly say you pay for. DO NOT be conned as I have been. Oh and by the way, an e-mail to their `SUPPORT` yields no results either. Stay well away from this program
