How to solve error code E000732-0001 on Canon copiers


You can have error code E000732-0001 on these Canon copiers: canon imageRunner 3200n, IR 3180, IR 7095, IR C2620, IR 5185n, IR 5570, IRC5185i, IR C3200, etc...


Solution 1:
  • Check all the cables outside of the printer: they must be plugged, especially between the differents elements of the copier: 


Solution 2:
  • Check all the connectors on the main board.

Solution 3:
  • Unplugg and replugg all the leads between the boards and modules

To correct this, you must enter service mode, COPIER>OPTION>BODY>W/SCNR and set that to "1" or "0". Then you must turn the copier off, then on.
To enter service mode: press "Additional Functions" then "2" and "8" together, then "Additional Functions".

The given solution worked for about two weeks; found that 1 in first column and 0 in second column worked.

Now the copier will not start again. Tried using same solution but when I turn off and back on get same error. I went back into service mode and the changes that I made did not take. Please assist. Thanks

I was printing with a canon ir3570 printer, the paper got finished and i loaded, when it proceeded printing i only see blank pages. Nothing appears on the sheets anymore. Please help me with the remedy.
