- Power of the printer
- Disconnect it for 5 minutes.
- Reconnect and power on.
- If the error persist, check for each to toner to be well installed.
- If the error persist: remove the last toner installed.
- Restart the printer; a message is displayed:
- Is the message is "error 54.2": in this case the toner is OK; reinstall it and do the same with the following one in order to find the defective toner.
