Solution 1:

Press: Menu, #1934, Menu,
"Tech Mode" --> OK,
"Data Setup" --> OK,
go to "Clear Counts" --> OK,
"Enter Password [????]" --> 1934, OK,
"Clear Counts [Total Page CNT]", go to "[Imaging Unit]" --> OK,
"Clearing…", --> Back.

Solution 2:

Enter Service mode by pressing: "menu", "id copy", "left", "right", "menu", "back", "menu" within 5 seconds.
Then in data setup clear all memory and clear count

Press: Menu, #1934, Menu,

"Data Setup" --> OK,
