Cartridges:
  • LC1100BK: Black ink cartridge
  • LC1100C: Cyan ink cartridge
  • LC1100M: Magenta ink cartridge
  • LC1100Y: Yellow ink cartridge


Troubleshootings:
  • How to factory reset the network settings:

  1. Make sure the machine is not operating, then disconnect all the cables from the machine (except the power cord).
  2. Press Menu.
  3. Press the up or down arrow key to choose Network and press OK.
  4. Press the up or down arrow key to choose Factory Reset or Network Reset and press OK.
  5. Press + for Reset.
  6. Press + for Reboot.
  7. The machine will restart, re-connect cables once this is complete.
For Touchscreen models:
  1. Make sure the machine is not operating, then disconnect all the cables from the machine (except the power cord).
  2. Press MENU.
  3. Press Network.
  4. If Network Reset is in the options, press Network Reset.
    If not, press the up or down arrow key to display Factory Reset and press Factory Reset.
  5. Press Yes.
  6. Hold down Yes for 2 seconds to confirm.
  7. The machine will restart, re-connect cables once this is complete


  • Message "Unable to print 50":
- Lift cover. Remove the two plastic panels covering wires. Mark down position of cables then remove them, and remove the now-freed top scanner section entirely.
- Remove screws from top plastic shell. There's two in the back and four in the front. There's also two plastic tabs in the front that must be bent aside before you can remove the top shell.
- Gently put the encoder strip back in its plastic guide. (the posted pic is actually a decent illustration of it.)

How to solve error B204 on Canon Maxify printers

The error B204 could happen after a cartridge replacement.
