How to solve system error 86:01 0X8010003 on HP Designjet 500 and Designjet 800, 800ps

Problem description for " System Error: 86:01, 0X8010003 ": That is a Carriage-Axis shutdown. Solution 1 : If this error code appeared but was not caused by a paper jam, then try the following: Enter the Printer Information and check the Scan-Axis usage.  If the percentage is close to 100%, then lubricate the Slider Rod (there is probably too much friction in the Slider Rod). Solution 2 : The Carriage is bumping into the Service Station. If the carriage is stuck at the right hand side of the Printer and cannot be moved out to the center of the Print Platen it is because the Service Station cannot uncap the Printheads.  Replace the Service Station. Solution 3 : Verify the Service Station Take out the service station and make sure it run through its full range of motion by rotating the motor spindle.  Check for the rods, that holds the cleaners, to be not popped out. If yes: place the rod back into its socket and reinstall it back into the system.

Error 49.23A1 on HP Laserjet P3005

Solution : 1. Turn the device off and then on. 2. Try to determine whether the error occurs intermittently, while printing, or when turning on the device. 3. If the error appears while printing, determine whether it occurs when printing from a specific computer, a specific application, or a specific file. If all other computers, applications, or files can print without the error, then the problem may be only within one print job or computer. Make sure the computer has the most current printer drivers, or use a generic printer driver. 4. Go to www.hp.com/support/LJP3005. Click Download Drivers and Software. Check for the latest firmware image version at the bottom of the page. If this firmware image is newer than the one installed on the device and the device can receive a firmware update, download the newer firmware upgrade. 5. Try printing a job from a different software program. If the job prints, go back to the first program and try printing a different file. If the message

Xerox Phaser 8560: Error Code 09,037.45

That's a ink loader error, due to the 8200 ink stick; to fix it: Power down the printer. Hold the back button and the info button at the same time, without letting go, power up the printer. Keep holding down the buttons until the XEROX logo comes fully to the center of the screen, keep holding for 2 more seconds, then let go. I'll take about a minute or two for the Diagnostic screen to come up, the display will turn blank and black. When the Diagnostic screen comes up go to down to the Function or Exercise option, there will be an option that says "clear ISC faults" it'll ask you to press OK to confirm, after you do then you will exit Diagnostics and the printer will reboot. It should be fine until it happens again. Until all the 8200 ink is gone you will probably be doing this a few more times. Also make sure the 8200 ink is not jammed inside the ink loader, if it is then you have to un-jam it some how. More About Xerox 8560 printer
